A harsh winter is approaching. The enemy destroyed 249 heat supply facilities in Ukraine. Heating of social infrastructure facilities is an acute problem today. The most vulnerable link is maternity homes. We will not let the babies freeze. Let's overcome the cruelty of the enemy together. Let's warm the hearts of Ukrainian children.
What is the solution?
Mobile operator Vodafone, with the support of the Ministry of Health, the Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Charity Fund "Tvoya Opora" is creating a "League of Warmth" among CEOs of Ukrainian companies. After all, we cannot solve the problem alone - we will ensure a warm future for our children together. Each CEO can join the initiative and install heat pumps in maternity hospitals in the country before the onset of frost. Together we are capable of any achievements.

The participation fee in the challenge is €20,000 or the insulation of the maternity hospital of your choice.
A) We cooperate with charitable foundations that will collect funds for the project. Therefore, funds can be transferred to the BF indicated by us
B) If you wish, you can finance the heating of the maternity hospital yourself, through your own charity fund.
C) Directly to the contractor. We are ready to provide a sample three-way agreement (Payer-benefactor – provider – recipient of services) if you wish to work with a contractor company directly.
The agreement – the text of the standard agreement will be provided by the organizers.
The cost is determined after the examination of a specific object by specialists. Specialists of the contractor company go to the place of the maternity hospital, inspect it and draw up the technical specification of the object, its heating options and the project estimate.
Confirm publicly on social networks and pass on to the partner company (it is possible with the prior consent of the partner so that it is not a complete surprise for him)
We asked the Ministry of Health to provide a list of facilities that need help with heating. Mayors of cities where local thermal power plants and hospital heating systems have been destroyed are also asking us for help.
Yes, you can choose the “closest” maternity hospital yourself and finance the provision of alternative heating in it yourself or with your partners.
For our part, we will be able to help with the list of contractor companies and documentation (sample agreement, etc.)
We can provide a list of air pump companies with whom we have previously communicated. If you wish, you can choose a contractor yourself.
Depending on the size of the sex house and the selected type of air pump, the work takes about 2 months.
There are 3 types of equipment on the Ukrainian market
– German manufacturer
– Ukrainian manufacturer (assembled in Ukraine from foreign parts)
– high quality Chinese manufacturer
All types of equipment, according to specialists, have a good service life, are available or can be delivered to Ukraine in accordance with the approved project.
Specialists of the contractor company go to the place of the maternity hospital, inspect it and draw up the technical specification of the object, its heating options and the project estimate.
We are creating a special Internet page “Heat League” with a heat map, which will contain all the information about the project, challenge participants, a list of medical facilities and the state of their heating. Direct “transmission” of the challenge and its “pickup” will take place in social networks.

The organizers of the project will monitor the fulfillment of the conditions of the challenge and the process of heating the objects. Information about the status of each object and the progress of the challenge will be posted on the website.

– Ecological. Less harmful to the environment than electric and gas boilers.
– Durable and reliable. With proper operation, the equipment works for 20-30 years.
-The pump can work both for heating, water heating, and cooling (in summer).
The cost of electricity consumed by heat pumps is much lower than the cost of heating that hospitals currently pay. After inspecting the premises and drawing up the technical specification of the object, the specialists of the contracting companies indicate the options for its heating, the project estimate and the future costs of obtaining a heat pump.
It all depends on the number of project participants, the collected amount of funds and the cost of heating each individual object. If there are a lot of participating companies and their contributions, we plan to launch several hospitals at once in order to warm them up to the cold.
